After installing the dbus-0.20 ebuild I can't see an init script in /etc/init.d to start the system service on startup. Should there not be such a script?

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
No init script

Expected Results:  
Ebuild should provide an rc script that starts the message bus.

I would write the script that would start the message bus, but I have not found 
a way to reliably start it!

i added a basic script to the 0.21 ebuild
