We need to have USE=static-libs because this package install '.a' files:

/usr/lib64/libIrrlicht.a
/usr/lib64/libIrrlicht.so.1.8.0
/usr/lib64/libIrrlicht.so
/usr/lib64/libIrrlicht.so.1.8
