Add support for pogoplug e02

I have sent the attached patch to linux-arm-kernel list, but they are currently in the process of rewriting everything into flattened device tree (DT) style.

I will resubmit a version of this patch as soon as the Ethernet management in DT has been finished, for so long please add the patch to gentoo-sources.

A version of this patch was included in Arch Linux
on Arm since Jan 2012:
   https://github.com/archlinuxarm/PKGBUILDs/pull/124
A similar patch is available for OpenWrt:
  http://patchwork.openwrt.org/patch/1412/

I'll discuss this with mpagano and look into adding this with the next set of kernel releases next week.
Comment 2 Tom Wijsman (TomWij) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2013-10-14 15:28:03 UTC
The non-DT patch will be part of our 3.10.6 genpatches; I have changed one thing, and that is to disable it by default so this is opt-in and won't affect ARM users in general if there are problems, and in general not everyone runs pogoplug.

Please let us know when this has been rewritten in DT style.
