It has been recently masked:

  Mask devmanual live ebuild.

I think we should have, at least, one unmasked version in the tree, maybe with a monthly snapshot, or making an exception with this (as this is only documentation)

We discussed that with Diego and the policy is to mask live ebuilds. Makes more sense this way because it depends on external factors like networking. A monthly snapshot straight to stable makes sense to me indeed
