Here is an ebuild for rebase-403, a restriction enzymes database maintained by
New-England Biolabs. Project page is at : http://rebase.neb.com.

Rebase is updated monthly. It can be used with EMBOSS, GCG and other biological
sequence analysis software. An installation of EMBOSS can hardly be considered
complete without this database, since important programs like restrict or remap
will not function properly without an enzyme database.

This ebuild installs rebase files in /usr/share/rebase and optionally indexes
the database for use with EMBOSS if USE contains the "emboss" keyword.

If there is any interest for this ebuild, I could make ebuilds for other
databases as well (embl, genbank, genpept, swissprot, etc.). The USE flag
"emboss" could provide users with automated database indexing and example
database configuration files.
