According to drbd guideline
http://www.drbd.org/download/mainline/
the kernel version and package versione must be the same.
Now there is this stable kernel:
3.7.9
BUT there is no drbd 8.3.13 drbd package in portage.
This is an important fault.
Please put the 8.3.13 in portage as stable version.
