Stable for HPPA.
Just updated from 3.3.0 to 3.8.0, /sbin/ip was _silently_ moved to /bin/ip. Several network related scripts stopped working, openvpn was not able to start. I found why and solved problem, but adding some ewarn to ebuilds would be much user friendly.
This breaks stable and latest net-misc/dhcp for IPv6 completely. A script it uses, /sbin/dhclient-script, contains a reference to /sbin/ip on line 26. Fails with several errors like this: client: /sbin/dhclient-script: line 278: /sbin/ip: No such file or directory Please fix.

Please do not highjack bugs. Open a separate bug against dhcpcd to get this fixed. Thanks, William
Correction, not dhcpcd, but dhcp.
