Ok, here's a few changes I'd like you to make:

add the standard header from header.txt
use the mirror syntax in SRC_URI
add zlib to DEPEND and get rid of RDEPEND.  All depends look like they are
both build and runtime depends to me.
Add support for downloading the zip files and installing them in the ebuild.
Fix DESCRIPTION to read Ultima 4

I'm curious to know why timidity is in the depends but then not referenced in
the src_compile function with a config script or anything.  If there's no way
to turn timidity support on or off, it's an unconditional depend right now.
Maybe some makefile needs to be changed in src_unpack to turn timidity support
on or off based on the use flag.

Yeah, sorry I've been real busy with exams lately but I finished my school year
today, so I can get back to finishing it up properly.  I'll get back to you
