Is it OK to stabilize =net-libs/qxmpp-0.7.5 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

I'd say it's surely OK (somewhat related to qxmpp development as well as an app dependent on qxmpp).

Moreover, IMO older versions (0.3*) should be removed — API has changed way too much since then and AFAIK no applications use those versions.
