ok, I should put 

SLOT="0/10" and SLOT="0/11", etc. in the ebuilds?

or

SLOT="0/10.0.1" and SLOT="0/11.1.0", etc.?

SLOT="0/10" and SLOT="0/11" I'd say... since usually a change in minor number does not trigger revdep-rebuild or similar
