Is it OK to stabilize =dev-libs/xapian-bindings-1.2.12-r1 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

Yes its just a minor change of -r0 where I added REQUIRED_USE to get at least one binding since zero bindings makes no sense.

Since it depends on dev-libs/xapian, it should only be stabilized on:

    KEYWORDS="amd64 arm ppc ppc64 x86"

I'm adding the arches.

amd64 stable

While trying to stable on arm i get this:

epkginfo on dev-java/java-config says that there is no stable keywords on arm for it.
Is this normal?

I think this is what changed:

  05 Feb 2013; Rick Farina <zerochaos@gentoo.org> use.mask package.use.mask:
  removing java use mask, jre 1.6 is now available, 1.7 is next
  adjust package.use.mask to keep the mask on stable packages with
  java use flag

from profiles/arch/arm/ChangeLog.

Okay you have a choice, either keyword/stabilize dev-java/java-config or use mask java for this package.
