I think we are going to do what was suggested on dev ml.

glib ebuild will be changed to install this file as owned by the glib ebuild so that is is clear for everyone else that this file is actually owned by something in gentoo.

Any cons (besides changing checksum) ?

How should we do that? :) (I where can I see an example of an ebuild owning a package it's not really installing, since this file is regenerated)
