Is it OK to stabilize =sys-apps/irqbalance-1.0.5 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

Yep. This is fine. I run it on my ~amd64 machines.

I did a minor tweak and bumped it so that people would get the updates for sure. It should all go stable since it better checks for errors before blindly starting up the daemon.
