Done, media-libs/vips is updated to 7.38.5 as well (see bug 412447).

However, 7.38 version is quite old; if I'll find some time, I'll take a look at 8.3 update and will add myself as a co-maintainer of both nip2 and vips, I suppose nobody will mind.

Hopefully that future newer version will help to allow it to use newer graphviz, that is desirable since that older version has some security issues and probably security team will want to get it dropped as soon as possible :/
