The hangout feature is quite usefull and I would like to have the package stable intead of having it keyworded on each machine.
hwoarang in #377249#c8: "As discussed in bug #357475, binary only applications should not go to stable tree when upstreams tends to remove old tarballs."

I have no problem with stabilizing 3.10.2.0-r1.
This package had stable keyword, but I don't know why it was removed. Anyway I propose to fast stabilize the package for example after one week that is in the tree.
If I have ago's backup here, let stabilize version 3.10.2.0-r1. Target keywords: amd64 and x86 (I will wait until Feb 1st before adding archs).
Archs, please go ahead!
amd64 stable
x86 stable. Last arch, closing
