can we start issuing a warning when people run `emerge` or `repoman` if deprecated paths are found such as: /etc/make.conf /etc/make.profile /etc/make.globals (i think those are the only historical paths) if someone accidentally creates that path in new installs, it's not obvious that it'll get used in place of /etc/portage/xxx.
