patch to correctly fetch the cover

I guess spotify changed their html code, so the script cannot fetch the cover anymore, the patch provided makes it work again.

Fixed at gnome-integration-spotify 20130116 [1] please bump version of the ebuild in portage.

new version in tree, broken versions removed from tree :D
