This is an update for sys-devel/distcc. The new ebuild is completely revamped
in
that it

- installs package docs (.ps, .pdf) properly
- installs a new rc script
- installs a config file into /etc/env.d

OK, adding distcc 0.5 but choosing not to add rc-script since it's recommended
to not run the daemon as root.
