The package has no local description for its bindist USE-flag. This leaves the end-user guessing at what is specifically done. This is *bad*. Users who care enough about licensing and distribution etc. will probably want to know what is specifically going on. For a good example of how to do this, see www-client/firefox.

And why exactly do we use the bindist flag for that?
