wesnoth-0.6.99.5 was released today (May 15).  Changes include:

 * fixed slow down right before a unit arrives at its destination hex, due to redrawing of the minimap
 * fixed ghosted usernames on server (#7655)
 * fixed focus not returning Konrad on new turn (#7188)
 * fixed wrapping of text in opening sequence (#7878)
 * fixed bug where on large maps, the cursor wouldn't point at the correct hex toward the eastern side of the map
 * fixed scroll speeds being set to insane values

Seems like a pretty nice release to me.
