ebuild, works for me

Solves several problems including bug #445512 and '-vo gl3' with mesa drivers:

Works fine for me, this snapshot is in multimedia overlay since Dec 1, no problems were reported.

P.S. Please do not forget to 'cp mplayer2-2.0_p20121128.ebuild mplayer2-9999.ebuild'
