There seems to be a regression in coreutils from 8.16 to 8.20 that causes a build failure when cross compiling. The build system attempts to execute a cross-compiled binary "make_prime_list".

Reproducible: Always

upstream has fixed this in their git already.  i added a hack patch for 8.20.
