Upstream released new version but we are still carrying several, if not dozens, of patches :-/ Oh well. Lets stabilize this while I try to get more pushed upstream ...

Okay lots of issues here. 1) on ppc and ppc64, CFLAGS="$CFLAGS -faltivec" is wrong. Its -maltivec. man gcc for the correct syntax. 2) =media-sound/mikmod-3.2.2 is not even keyworded for pp64 or arm.
