A new "major" (in features) version of collectd was just relased. I will start testing and update this bug with ebuild/patchset when done.

Notable changes: - added threshold plugin - added aggregation plugin - sorted and w80'ed plugin names - double checked plugins vs configure.in deps - added longdescription and info about the new plugins in metadata.xml

Created attachment 331246 [details] collectd-5.2.0.ebuild Updated ebuild. Using the patch in bug 444360, this now installs into site_perl (vs vendor_perl). There is an upstream discrepancy here, intended or not. Since I'm not sure whats correct or not, I'm not in a position to file a bug. I'm pretty sure everything will work as intended from a perl user point of view, though. Suggestions?

I know nothing about perl so the ebuild looks ok to me
I can't really say I use the perl parts of this ebuild other than making sure it "works". Hopefully users will let us know otherwise.
