Please append LC_ALL=C (followed by a space) in front of your emerge next time you want to provide a build log, which will result in an English build log; feel free to create a new attachment on this bug if you feel like doing so, although the error itself is in English and thus should suffice...
+1, seeing this problem too - reproduced.
You seem to have libstrl but no strl.h. What is the output of qfile /usr/lib*/libstrl.so ?
The /usr/lib64/libstrl.so is indeed present (but not the .h). It is provided by opendkim-2.7.1. I realise this is only a problem when upgrading, not when installing opendkim from scratch.
