nsgmls appears to contain supporting HTTP downloads and XMLized error messages.
Whould be nice to have those features enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

Created an attachment (id=27164) [edit]
An .ebuild implementing this

XMLized error messages cannot be disabled and also break the usage screen.
Disabled it again for that reason.
