Hi,
I tried to build dev-libs/wayland from x11-overlay.
But during the configure it failed due to missing doxygen : 

configure: error: Documentation build requested but doxygen not found. Install doxygen or disable the documentation using --disable-documentation

It may be added to USE="-doc" and doxygen added to dependances.

Slightly modified patch, tested and FIXED in x11 overlay git.
