To sum it all up, the line "#include <stdarg.h>" (without the quotes of course) needs to be added to the source file NCString.cpp in order for Chromium to compile successfully with GCC versions 3.0 and higher. Note: this also used to be a reported Debian bug, that's where I found the solution.
