Currently the latest version in portage is 0.12.3, but since a week or so the new version 0.13.1 has been released (with some bugfixes). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Does the new version work if you simply version bump the old ebuild?
currently testing this. afaik it should, since it is mostly a bugfix release. i will add a comment if and how it works.

whoa, are you sure it depends on media-gfx/nvidia-cg-toolkit? That seems unlikely.
I was thinking the same thing
i didn't have nvidia-cg-toolkit installed, configure failed -> installed it, ogre compilation went fine I'm really sure :)
