OpenAl Soft 1.14 fixes many things from 1.13. This version was released 7 months ago, back in March, it's stable on AMD64, but I need it in x86 compatibility libraries for many proprietary 32-bit programs which use them, so 1.14 needs to be stablized for those to happen.

it works better with pulseaudio, and the device enumeration list is improved

I guess we can proceed here now, with version 1.15.1

Test as many games-*/* you can that use OpenAL you can... For example, verify there is no eg. signedness caused static noise on ppc64
