Request for a new package.

vcs-ebuild exists in x11-overlay.

Maybe a different category would be in order, the package is not for X11.

Also the upstream repository seems to be http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libxkbcommon/ now.

Not that I object to its inclusion in portage, but is anything actually *using* xkbcommon in any meaningful way?

libxkbcommon is required for building weston-1.0.0

and extended by the doc USE-flag to get rid of the documentation/doxygen automagic

and about the category: I vote for x11-libs since it uses the xorg-2 eclass. easy as that :)
