A patch to introduce the ldap useflag

The following patch introduces a new USE flags for thunderbird to en/disable building ldap for thunderbird.

patch is wrong, it should use mozconfig_use_enable ldap with ldap in IUSE, I will review the change locally if all goes well I will re-introduce the ldap useflag for thunderbird.

I have committed ldap support in mozilla overlay, if you can test and report back as soon as possible, I will be more then happy to land it on the main tree.

works, and USE=-ldap fixes bug 417687 on global USE=ldap systems.
Would be nice to have it in tree.
