Some if not most of the plugins do not work while using google talk plugin while in a "Hangout" with others. Screen share will work once but then errors out when trying to use it again. Other plugins like lower third don't work at all. Tested with Firefox and Google Chrome.
I second that, same problem here with plugins. If logs are needed please specific how to get the logs needed to help out.

Problem still exists in latest version. Lower 3rd still does not work.

There is a directory called "data" and it's not being copied over, once that directory is copied all the camera effects work.

Thanks for pointing that out, I had an ebuild ready for that, but was still looking into bug #458320. This should be fixed in google-talkplugin-3.14.17.0-r1.ebuild.
Thanks for this fix, I can confirm the folder was missing and putting it in makes everything work!
