nvidia-drivers-96.43.23.ebuild

Nvidia recently released an update that solves the xorg-server ABI problems and the newer linux kernel problems.

I've tested this nvidia-drivers-96.43.23 version on x86 3.3.8-gentoo with xorg-server 1.10.6 and 1.12.2 and it works fine.
