No open bugs against this version. Compiles and works fine.

This does seem to fail with the same error as comment #7, on (some? most?) systems with sys-apps/sandbox-2.5.  sys-apps/sandbox-2.6 allows the build to continue despite the ACCESS VIOLATION. See bug #438250 too.

I'm not sure whether fuse-2.9.1-r1 should be stable.  It has a serious bug in combination with (at least) ntfs3g, which has only been fixed in a newer version.  Please see this discussion on the fuse-devel mailing list:
