mongo-c-driver-0.6.ebuild

A C driver for talking to mongodb. This is brought in as a dependency for app-admin/collectd[write_mongodb].

CC:ing maintainer of mongodb for relevance.

Adding proxy-maint to CC since this ebuild is needed to fix another proxy maintained package in bug 436538.
