This is the cleaned up ebuild I worked on, should be nicer.

in -r4 i have problem with file: /etc/xinetd.d/nrpe

file just contains: 

/nrpe
        server_args = -c /etc/nagios/nrpe.cfg --inetd
#       only_from   = 127.0.0.1
        disabled    = yes
}


which is not correct config for xinetd (i have 2.3.15).
and service is not started. 

i get same problem on (tested) 3 machines.

Diego, looks like a mistake, can you restore it with your changes?

What looks like a mistake? That xinetd.d file does not match the one I have on my systems at all. Also, this is a stablereq, if you want to see action you should open a new bug and make it block this one.
