NSPR fails when cross-compiling - when the ebuild attempts to build a native-nsinstall, CFLAGS are kept, and the native compiler may be called with invalid flags.

Additionally, a native version of the "now" program is not built, causing failures embedding the build time into libraries (not fatal error).

Note that this bug seems to be unrelated to bug 415705 which IMO is just incorrect setup.
