Bug 435990 – net-fs/openafs-1.6.1-r1 version bump

I have prepared the new ebuilds
- net-fs/openafs-1.6.1-r1
- net-fs/openafs-kernel-1.6.1-r1

They had been verified to work on amd64, both client and server.

They solve the following bugs:
425352 (fbsd)
427848 (kernel 3.5.0)
428126 (eapi=4)

The ebuilds have been migrated to EAPI 4, and modified to support ~amd64-fbsd and ~x86-fbsd.

Actions to be done:

1) commit 1.6.1-r1 ebuilds to portage

2) Add these three patches to gentoo/src/patchsets/openafs/patches/1.6 and generate openafs-1.6.1-patches-2.tar.bz2
- 016_all_linux-3.5.0.patch
- 017_all_linux-3.5.0.patch
- 020_all_fbsd.patch

3) Remove the following ebuilds:
- net-fs/openafs-1.4.14-r1.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-1.6.0.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-1.6.1_pre1.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-kernel-1.4.14.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-kernel-1.6.0.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-kernel-1.6.1_pre1.ebuild

4) Mark these ebuild stable for amd64, sparc, x86:
- net-fs/openafs-1.4.14.1.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-1.6.1.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-kernel-1.4.14.1.ebuild
- net-fs/openafs-kernel-1.6.1.ebuild
