Not for me… only an overlay showed up here with some survey stuff which I dismissed.
After clicking on "Accept License Agreement" I was able to download jimi1_0.zip just fine.

Argh, some third party javascript is needed, thanks for the link and the follow up. ;)

Fixed in -r3.
