After I installed media-video/totem I tried to start it and failed to do so by the following output:

(totem:21643): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.lockdown' is not installed

Trace/breakpoint trap

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install media-video/totem in a non-gnome env
2. Start media-video/totem 
3. Fail to do so cause of (totem:21643): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.lockdown' is not installed

Actual Results:  
It failed cause of gnome-base/gsettings-desktop-schemas not being installed.

Expected Results:  
gnome-base/gsettings-desktop-schemas installed as a dep course it is needed for totem to startup successfully.
