Package x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.20.6 cannot be compiled without x11-proto/resourceproto.

The error is:
checking for dri.h... yes
checking for sarea.h... yes
checking for dristruct.h... no
checking whether to include DRI support... no
configure: error: DRI requested but prerequisites not found

It's due missing XResproto.h, which required somewhere in dri.

Please add x11-proto/resourceproto as a buildtime dependency of x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel-2.20.6
