Hi,

No ebuild attached since there are no changes in the ebuild for this new version (except the version number).

From the Changelog for version 0.16:
* Added support for DLT_NULL
* Fix for pthread.c behaviour on Solaris.
* Build fixes for gcc 3.4+ Henne Vogelsang <hvogel@suse.de>
* Fixed behaviour of -n and -N options Klaus Sperner <klaus@heaven.escape.de>

I am gonna put this package in netmon herd for now, unless someone else has a
better place then "no-herd" for it. I'll also go ahead to version bump it.
