The init script distributed with net-snmp-2.7.2_rc1 has a couple of typos/errors that prevent it from starting with the correct arguments. To be more precise, the SNMPD_PIDFILE is not passed to the startup command and the SNMPD_FLAGS have an extra '}' at the end.
