amd64 stable @system compiles as well for both

x86:
=sys-devel/gcc-4.4.7: is OK 
(reconpile @systen w/o problems).

=sys-devel/gcc-4.5.4: is OK 
(recompile @system w/o problems)

Please mark stable for x86

On arm, =sys-devel/gcc-4.5.4 builds find and rebuilds all @system except for glibc-2.15-r2.  Currently that's not the stable version of glibc on, but we're working on it, so we should resolve this.  See bug #432474.

  Currently that's not the stable version of glibc on arm

I stabilized =sys-devel/gcc-4.5.4 on arm.  The issue with glibc-2.15-r2 is due to a particular combo of CFLAGS.
