On arm, =sys-devel/gcc-4.5.4 builds find and rebuilds all @system except for glibc-2.15-r2. Currently that's not the stable version of glibc on, but we're working on it, so we should resolve this. See bug #432474.

The issue with glibc-2.15-r2 is due to a particular combo of CFLAGS.
