kdelibs-4.9.0 misses dependency on docbook-xml-dtd:4.2 and app-text/docbook-xsl-stylesheets. Without those it doesn't compile.

My bad. Now I remember in what way kdelibs handling is special. Still I would prefer to have this handled in eclass entirely (otherwise kdehandbookdepend needs to effectively replicated in kdelibs)
