specifically for my use case I need the speex and gsm use flags (which both libav and ffmpeg have but the virtual doesn't). I'm sure there are more like that as well... Thanks!
which package needs them?
this is for net-misc/iaxclient from the pentoo overlay which is a dep of net-misc/warvox (also from my overlay). I'd like to get the deps a bit more sane and move them to gentoo-x86
