ebuild for latest version 0.9.1

QuiteRSS is a nice RSS/Atom feed reader written using QT.
It's fast, uses a embeded browser for opening news, supports web plugins (such as flash).

Attached is the ebuild for the latest version.
At https://github.com/migtavares/mtlocal/tree/master/net-news/quiterss are ebuilds for older versions too.

improved ebuild with tips from ingwin @ #gentoo-qt.

Added explicit RDEPEND as required by EAPI>=4.
Removed COPYING from document files as it is the gpl v3 license text.
