Package dev-libs/nss-3.13.5 cannot be compiled without >=dev-libs/nspr-${NSPR_VER}.

The error is:
In file included from ../../../dbm/src/db.c:50:0:
../../dist/public/dbm/mcom_db.h:46:21: fatal error: prtypes.h: No such file or directory


Please add >=dev-libs/nspr-${NSPR_VER} as a buildtime dependency of dev-libs/nss-3.13.5 as RDEPEND
