It seems that libreoffice-bin requires a libexttextcat.so.0, but my libexttextcat-3.3.0-r1 installs libexttextcat-1.0.so instead. As the package must not rely on preserved libraries, I suggest you change the app-office/libreoffice-bin-3.5.2.2-r1 ebuild to depend on =app-text/libexttextcat-3.2.* instead of the current >=app-text/libexttextcat-3.2.

Confirmed with latest libreoffice too:
